On all occasions we offer our Alcohol Provisioning Service. We handle sourcing, stocking and serving for you as an Add-On, which can be purchased separately during the checkout process. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages on our "bare" charters only. Advertised rates on this website do not apply to bare charter arrangements. Bare charter pricing, terms, and conditions are available upon request and are governed by a separate agreement. A bare charter provides the vessel alone. Captain, crew, and fuel are paid for separately by the charterer who signs a short term lease agreement, and assumes full legal responsibility for the vessel throughout the lease term. Insurance required. Per USCG certification, when commissioned as a bare boat charter, Overkill is authorized to extend its occupant capacity to a maximum of thirteen people — the charterer plus twelve passengers.

Guest safety is our first and only priority. We monitor forecasts 48 hours in advance and communicate early. If conditions are genuinely unsafe for departure, we reschedule at no charge. A light chop or overcast sky is normal and usually doesn't affect the experience — we'll always give you an honest read on conditions beforehand.
